I feel so lucky

Seriously, I do. Not only am I blessed to be pregnant but I'm very blessed to have such a great husband. Sitting here about all the things he does for me and, now that I'm pregnant, he'll stop at no lengths to make me happy. I woke up this morning to my lunch already made in the fridge. I get in the car and there's a note from him saying how much he appreciates me working so much and he got me a 3 Musketeers Bar as a 'treat'. I realized at 10 PM last night that I was out of vitamins so he ran to the store and got me some for the morning.

He's also been working so hard so I could be a stay at home mom. We've talked about putting our child in daycare because that is pretty much our only option but we have since thought that it would be amazing if I was able to stay at home. He's working on building a side business with a couple of his friends and he's stayed up long nights to get this thing going. He'll go to bed at 12 and wake up at 4:30 to go to work and doesn't complain once. I've never seen him so deticated over something like this before. He gets emotional talking about it because he tells me all the time that he's not just doing this for me but for our family.

Maybe I'm just hormonal but I truly do feel very blessed.

12 week 'bump'

I wouldn't say that I have a 'bump' yet but I def. notice some type of change...I think it's just fat. :-P

Please ignore the messy bathroom &, oh yeah, I'm well aware I should turn off the flash when I take a self picture.

So I'm a little slow...

I really need to get better at updating this thing. I'm almost 12 weeks already and I feel like time is flying by. It seems lately that all I do is sleep, eat, & work and I don't have time for anything else. My last doctors apt. was on March 3rd and everything is going good so far with baby M&M. It has a heartbeat in the 160's and is developing right on time.
The only concern at this time is that my pelvic bone is supposed to be curving and right now it's straight so if it doesn't start curving I'll be having a C-section. :( I've come to the realization that if the baby is healthy then that's all that matters and I can deal with being cut open because the end result is ALL worth it!

Onto exciting things: baby purchases!! So far the baby has about 10 outfits and 8 of them are sports related. We took at trip out to WI for Mark's grandfathers funeral so we stopped at a store up there and picked up some Packers onesie's. :) Baby M&M also also some Blackhawks outfits as well as WHite Sox shoes. Yes...our baby is going to be one decked out sports baby. I can't wait to find out if it's a boy or a girl because I've seen the girl cheerleading outfits for sports teams and they are SO cute! :)

My next apt. will be on March 31st but we won't get another ultrasound until the 'Big' ultrasound in about 8 weeks. I think it's going to take forever to get here.

I will update, hopefully, this weekend with belly pics. I took one at 6 weeks and I will take one this weekend at 12 weeks and we'll see if we see a difference. I'm sure you will be able to! :)
