All signs point towards boy

Yes, I'm aware that it's WAY to early to determine the gender but everyone, every SINGLE, person that we have told has said we are having a boy. My friend Stacy said she had a dream we are having a boy. The chinese gender calender on the Bump says we are having a boy. I haven't had much if any morning sickness and I was reading last night that it's an old wives tail that if you don't have much morning sickness then you are having a boy. Who knows? I guess we will find out in 12 something weeks what it really is.

I guess we should start working on boy names, huh (just incase)?

We heard the heartbeat!

It was the most amazing thing ever! When we went into the ultrasound room and as soon as we got a picture on my inside on the screen the nurse has a big smile on her face. She pointed at the flicker on the screen and told us that that was the heartbeat. Mark asked if we could hear and she said of course so we heard it and it was music to our ears. It was beating at 120 BPM which the nurse said was perfect. :) The baby is measuring at 6w4d which is also right on with where I should be. Even though it's so early on it was still such an amazing appointment!

I then could not wait to tell my parents so we drove over to my mom's work to tell her. She was SO excited about it. We then called my dad & sister and told them. Both were very excited about it. I"m glad that I finally told them because I was about to burst. Scratch the previous blog about the Blackhawks magnet because I couldn't wait to tell them. We will just use it for our fridge. :)

How we are telling my parents!

Okay...my dad is a HUGE Blackhaws fan and my mom is too...to a lesser degree. I found this magnet on E-bay and I thought it was perfect for them! Since I'm going for an ultrasound tom. I figured I would use that picture to put into this frame. I hope that this ships super duper fast beucase I'm SO anxious to tell them. :)
